The 23rd FCAAAL will take place in Milan from 4th to 10th May. About 60 titles (films and videos) are scheduled to be screen during the week of the festival. The films are presented by their directors and followed by a debate with the public on the topics of the film. All the films have either simultaneous translation or Italian subtitles.

The program of the 23rd edition will be published online in April 2013.
