| Synopsis |
| Femi and Ade are two Nigerian brothers. Ade lives in London and is a successful banker. Femi, once a political dissident in Nigeria, has fled to South Africa where he lives in a house for refugees and survives doing servile jobs. On a brief visit to Johannesburg, Ade discovers that Femi has not been seen for a week. He begins to investigate, reconstructing fragments of his brother’s daily life, until he meets Femi’s former boss. In the meantime, the episode that marked the adolescence of Femi and Ade and their separation, resurfaces from the past. |

| Akin Omotoso |
|
| Akin Omotoso was born in Ibadan in Nigeria in 1974 and attended a drama course at the University of Cape Town. He made his directing debut with a series of short films. In 2000, he wrote, directed and produced his first feature film, God is African. In 2003, he founded the production company T.O.M. Pictures and produced Gums & Noses which received several awards. In 2005, he took part in the Cannes Film Festival with the short film Rifle Road whilst his documentary Gathering the Scattered Cousins was selected for the Toronto Film Festival the following year. He is currently working on various films and TV projects. |
