Mauro Vecchi
Mauro Vecchi is an Italian director. Ever since his teen, he has been developing a keen interest for moving images drawing flipbook animations and directing freaky short films in stop-motion. After studying Cinema and Arts at Bologna University, he started his career as a film director. Since 2006 he has directed TV adverts for many international brands. He’s now developing a feature film project which Bautismo and El nudo are part of. Bautismo, which had its world première at the Roma Creative Contest, won the award for Best Soundtrack.
