Edoardo Ferraro
Edoardo Ferraro was born in Macerata in 1989. He studies at the Università Cattolica in Brescia, specializing in Sciences and Technologies of Arts and Show Business. He graduates with the essay “The need of violence from characters to viewers”, focusing on Michael Haneke’s filmography. He moves to Rome, where he studies cinematography at the ACT Multimedia for a year. He decides to apply for the three-year-course of directing at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, where he is accepted at the beginning of 2013. His short film Colazione sull’erba has been selected for the 31st Settimana Internazionale della Critica at the 73th edition of Mostra del Cinema di Venezia. He has co – founded in Macerata Dibbuk Produzioni, a small company for which he directs spots and short films.
