There aren’t only films at the African, Asian and Latin American Film Festival in Milan: let us take you on a journey of discovery of the cultures of the three continents in an original way, adding a wide range of activities to the cinematic experience in the neighborhood of Porta Venezia.

Festival OFF: outside the movie theaters, the experience continues!

The Festival OFF is made in collaboration with Porta Venezia Social District, a cultural association whose aim is to promote the neighborhood of Porta Venezia in Milan and enhance its richness and its traditions.

Music, food, creativity and wellness are the keywords to describe the Festival OFF: many events are inspired by the Asian, African  and South American worlds, to experience firsthand the most interesting influences coming from these cultures.

Porta Venezia Social District is a project of urban empowerment that promotes the cultural heritage of the neighborhood of Porta Venezia.
The beating heart of the neighborhood are the many different communities living there and the local entities active in the design, food, art, fashion and culture industries. Porta Venezia is a unique and vibrant neighborhood, and Porta Venezia Social District plays a major role in it thanks to its initiatives.
