Julie Jouve
From the island of Le Réunion, Julie Jouve began her studies in Screenwriting at a Canadian school in 2014. Her first screenplay, Kwassa Kwassa, obtained a Special Mention from the Jury of the Océans Prize 2015. Tangente, winner of the 2016 Océans Prize, is her first short film as a director.

Rida Belghiat
Rida Belghiat is an Algerian actor and director. After training at the National School of Drama in Algiers, in 2000 he went to the Théâtre National Algérien. In 2006 he founded the theatre-dance company Troisième Voie in Algiers. In 2007 he moved to Bordeaux, where he worked in various theatres, As an actor, he has worked for Yasmina Bachir, Kamal Dehane and OPkacha Touita. Tangente is his short film directing debut.
